Jan Coates is proof that–through Jesus, anyone can overcome a painful past. She writes, “Triumph over fears, make a significant differnce in God’s Kingdom, and experience a new you.” For more than twenty years Jan has helped others discover how to personally experience a new life–one that overflows with joy, grace, and positivity.

Jan is a living testimony that God loves, forgives, redeems, and then transforms us into a new creation. Painful childhood experiences caused her to turn her back on God as a teenager as she filled her life with self-destruction to mask her brokenness. By nineteen she was divorced with a young son.In 1982 a drunk driver killed her only biological child, Chris. The devastation left her numb yet crying out to God for the first time in seventeen years. On Easter Sunday, 1983, she rededicated her life to Jesus Christ. Doing so turned her world inside out and set her on a path to where she is today: international speaker, author and encourager.

She writes, “Triumph over fears, make a significant difference in God’s Kingdom, and experience a new you….

Rebound from defeat
Quit depending on situations and people to make you happy
Take charge of your thoughts
Experience a new, positive you

“It’s all about godly POSITIVITY! Here’s what the Bible promises: ‘You’re blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right’ (Matthew 5:8, The Message). So consider it a blessing as you learn how to create and maintain a right attitude from the inside out. Greet each day with a smile that radiates from the depths of your soul.”
